At Modayladans we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you as quickly, safely and cost effectively as possible. Please note, however, that the delivery of your order may be restricted depending on the size, weight and chosen destination of the package. Other factors such as weather and mechanical difficulties can also result in later deliveries. If the delivery address is different to the billing address then we may have to run further checks to ensure your credit card security, this may result in longer delivery times.
Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
- The item you have chosen is in stock
- The delivery address has been verified
- Payment has been approved
We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order; then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch along with your shipping reference number. Where an item is not in stock, we will advise you of the anticipated time for delivery (if such item will be available in future). Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Modayladans cannot take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.
Delivery charges and times
We’ve tried to keep our delivery costs as straightforward and cost effective as possible while still offering a great service. Pricing details are as follows but don’t worry, you won’t need to calculate delivery, that will all be done for you at the checkout stage.
Accessories have a one off delivery charge of UK = $9.50 EU = $9.00 International = $15.00
Dresses are charged per dress UK = $15.00 EU = $15.00 International = $20.00

Out of stock items
Anything that is temporarily out of stock can be kept on backorder for you, and will be sent to you at no extra cost as soon as it is back in stock – you can email us on email@example.com if you have a specific enquiry.
All our dresses are made to order and individually cut for you and therefore are none refundable. Modayladans can accept no responsibility for the wrong order being made and it is therefore imperative you check any orders before confirming.
Any accessorise purchased from us may be returned to us within 7 days of receipt provided they are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
For all returns on items other than dresses you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will, however, send our exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.
To return any products to us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise that you would like to arrange a return or exchange. In the subject heading please state RETURN or EXCHANGE whichever is appropriate. If you are making an exchange, please give details of the item you wish to receive in exchange, i.e. item name, size, colour. Exchanges are made subject to stock availability. Within 48 hours you will receive confirmation of your request and a returns number. Please print this email and enclose it in the parcel along with a copy of your receipt. Please ensure the packaging you use to return the item to us is suitable for despatch (i.e. a jiffy bag if appropriate).
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Your refund will include the original delivery charge.
Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – 1&1
Our store is hosted on 1&1 Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through 1&1’s data storage, databases and the general 1&1 application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then 1&1 stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
